• Dropped only two Soul Core of Azcapa, and these are still rare in PoE 2 Dawn of the Hunt 0.2 but aren't that expensive.

Here’s the full breakdown from 50 runs:

• 117 Chaos Orbs picked up just from wave completions and random monster drops.

• 45 Vaal Orbs collected along the way — not as valuable as they used to be, but they still pad your profits nicely.

• 1 raw Divine Orb dropped directly from a boss — a sweet bonus on top of everything else.

Chaos to Divine Conversion

In the current economy (as of patch 0.2), the rate stands at about 22 Chaos Orbs = 1 Divine Orb.

• 117 Chaos Orbs ÷ 22 = ~5.3 Divines
  That’s a big win considering you’re not doing anything extra — just running the Ultimatum and cleaning up the loot!

When you bundle in the Vaal Orbs (which you can bulk-sell or convert through recipes) and the one lucky raw Divine drop, the numbers get even better:

• 35 Cowardly Fates and Victorious Fates — While these are less valuable, they still hold steady at around 5 Exalts each.

Total Mask Profit:

• 15 Deadly Fates at 20 Exalts each = 300 Exalts

• 35 Cowardly and Victorious Fates at 5 Exalts each = 175 Exalts

Total Mask Fragments Profit: ~475 Exalts, or approximately ~3.5 Divines.

Why Mask Fragments Matter:

• Additional Profit: On top of Soul Cores and currency drops, these mask fragments add another layer of value to every Ultimatum run.

While masks aren't the high-ticket items like Ticaba Soul Cores, the ~3.5 Divines you can make from mask fragments over 50 runs still boosts your overall earnings.

Final Profit After 50 Runs:

• Soul Cores + Currency + Masks = ~35-36 Divines

• More than half a Divine Orb profit per run!

After completing 50 Ultimatum runs, the total profit is 35-36 Divines.

Here's how it breaks down: Soul Cores alone contributed around 26-27 Divines, with Ticaba Soul Cores being the most valuable at 140 Exalts each.

Currency drops added another ~11 Divines—5 Divines from Chaos Orbs, 6 Divines from Vaal Orbs, and a Divine Orb drop.

Mask fragments from the boss, which included Deadly Fate and Cowardly/Victorious Fate, added an additional ~3.5 Divines.

In total, you're making more than half a Divine Orb per run, making Ultimatum an efficient and profitable farming method.

Runs are fast, and the profits are consistent, especially if you focus on Soul Cores and mask fragments. While the Adorned drop from the boss is a gamble, it’s not necessary for great returns.

Ultimatum remains a solid and easy source of currency in PoE 2 Dawn of the Hunt.

Fighting the Ultimatum Boss for Divines and Currencies: Is It Worth It?

We also tested boss farming by using mask fragments to summon the Trialmaster.

• Cost to Attempt 50 Boss Fights: ~1500 Exalts (~11.5 Divines)

• Goal: Farm the Adorned Jewel (2% drop rate)

Results:

• 0 Adorned Jewels dropped after 50 boss kills.

• Total Loss: ~11.5 Divines

Even if an Adorned had dropped:

• Selling unidentified is ~13-15 Divines.

• Profit margin would have been tiny after mask investment.

Conclusion:

The Final Boss has a chance to drop the Adorned Diamond, and you need the full mask to actually fight the final boss. So, after some basic matches, to get to the final boss and fight him enough times for 50 runs, you need around 1.5k Exalted Orbs. 

But for the mask, you need to pay around 11.5 Divines. But as our experience says, not a single jewel dropped in this run. Even if you would find an Adorned Diamond, it would still get you around 14 Divine Orbs. And, you spent around 11.5 Divines, so only 2.5 profit. 

• Boss farming is high-risk, low-reward.

• Only worth attempting if you’re feeling extremely lucky.

Should You Farm Ultimatum in 0.2 Dawn of the Hunt?

Absolutely, yes — but stick to basic Ultimatum runs.

• Stable profit from Soul Cores.

• Good side profits from Chaos Orbs, Divines, and Mask pieces.

• Boss farming is a trap unless you enjoy gambling.

Ultimatum provides a refreshing break from the standard ritual, breach, and expedition cycles.
