While the buff sounds powerful, there’s a hefty tradeoff: the wand reduces your maximum power charges by one and significantly decreases all your elemental resistances (about 10% per power charge consumed). For builds relying heavily on survivability, this could be a dealbreaker.

It also grants +3 to all spell skill levels but no increased damage, making it weaker than some standard wands with +5 skill levels or explicit damage bonuses.

Unless someone crafts a very specific build that turns these mechanics into a strength, Adonia’s Ego likely won’t compete with top-tier wands in the current meta.

9. Palm of the Dreamer

Saving the best for last, Palm of the Dreamer is possibly the most exciting and rarest unique in this patch (PoE 2 0.2.1).

It grants the Dreaming Gloom Shrine effect, an explosion that massively enhances map clearing by wiping enemies over a wide area.
